After a ticket mix up, a 20 minute wait, and an ID faux, I finally made it inside the Hollywood Palladium for Boys Noize’s concert, and it was definitely worth the trouble. Strip Steve, Destructo, Le1f, and UZ hit the stage one after another dropping beat after beat, as people packed in for the main event. Not only did they handle their sets perfectly they had the entire venue rocking and pulsating with energy (with the exception of Le1f whose raps momentarily brought the EDM party vibe to a halt). Once, UZ’s "real trap shit" finished the shufflers, tweakers, parents, teenagers, a guy in banana costume,…everybody was ready to go and Boys Noize did not disappoint.  He ascended to his trademark skull platform, breaking out his hit "What You Want" first and took the already great show to another level. In the midst of his fantastic light/visual show and a sea of people, he rocked his way through new and old material and kept the party going until the very end. Overall, the concert was a complete success. If you have the chance to see any of these artists live DO IT ASAP!!!!
